The days are darker….
The hours are longer…
The minutes are chilling…
And the seconds are present…
The road ahead, is unknown.
My fate, I do not know of.
But I don’t want to either.
I’ve entered a phase of apathy.
I’ve been here before.
I know of its dangers.
I know that the trail ahead is unpredictable.
I know that not the wisest could guarantee anything.
Once again, it’s up to the forces of the universe.
I’m being tested once more.
And before – I faced it, tiredly, but willingly.
Before – I wasn’t worried, I was annoyed.
Now…
I’ve made peace with the fact…
Every step I take…
Could be the last.
